Some customers will be experiencing routing issues to their services with us. It is not affecting all our customers, however those it is affecting may experience service downtime.
This is being investigated by our engineers and we will be updating the status as we know further information.

The earlier problem has now been cleared. The issue was one of BGP flapping and required a small upgrade on one of our routers. We apologise to those affected, for any inconvenience.
