As of 1 July 2010, Cyberstrider – providing Internet and related services – will be come a brand of Cybershire Limited.
This is simply a change at corporate level – customers will continue to receive uninterrupted services throughout, they will continue to have the same user interface into Cyberstrider systems, and they will continue to see all historical data for their account. Even the Cyberstrider team remains the same.
Thus from a user point of view, there will be no major changes. Cyberstrider will continue to focus on providing the best customer experience for the services it offers.
There will be a short changeover period and during this time, Aexiomus Limited has been appointed as the agent for collecting payments for services offered by Cybershire Limited T/A Cyberstrider.

Cyberstrider Customer Portal: New Features

Enhanced customer experience is paramount – be it with the services we offer, or any admin via the Customer Portal we provide. For this reason, we are always looking at how we can make that experience better.
We are pleased to announce that we have incorporated a few new features to the Customer Portal which will enhance your experience with us.
1) Sub-Accounts
Until now, if there were multiple contacts from the same company or family that needed to ‘administer’ the relationship with us, then this required multiple ‘Admin’ accounts to be set up in the Customer Portal. This is no longer necessary as sub-accounts can be set up within the main Customer Portal account with different access rights.
2) Mass Invoice Payments
This is for those of you who normally pay us via Paypal or Payzone. The requirement to pay various due invoices separately is a thing of the past. Our system now allows the payment of multiple invoices in one single payment.
3) Multiple Domain Renewals
A new category called ‘Domain Renewals’ has appeared in the ‘Order/Shopping Cart’ section within the Customer Portal, where you may select multiple domains to renew at the same time.

Reminder: VAT Rate Increase
Thursday, December 31st, 2009Further to our correspondence on 7 December, this is a reminder that as of 1 January 2010 the UK VAT rate will revert back to 17.5% from the current reduced value of 15%.
Any invoices raised on or after 1st January 2010, will automatically be raised with the new VAT rate.
Oustanding 2009 Invoices
As we (Aexiomus Limited T/A Cyberstrider) do cash based accounting for VAT purposes, we account for VAT when we receive funds from our customers.
Thus, any unpaid invoices from 2009 still outstanding past close of business today (31 December 2009) will have to be amended to the increased rate (the issue date is also likely to be amended, however the due date will remain the same) – so save yourself the extra 2.5% and pay that bill today !
Those who wish to pay us by credit card, debit card or Paypal, may benefit from the lower 15% VAT rate by ensuring their payment reaches us by close of business today (31 December) and no later.
Those of you who wish to pay us by BACS, CHAPS or Bank Transfer and those who pay us by Direct Debit, invoices will be amended to the 17.5% VAT rate after close of business today (31 December)

VAT Change And Other Important Billing/Finance Details
Monday, December 7th, 2009Please be aware that from 1 January 2010, VAT will be reverting to the standard rate of 17.5%. All invoices raised from 1 January 2010 will have the new VAT rate.
As we (Aexiomus Limited T/A Cyberstrider) do cash based accounting for VAT purposes, we account for VAT when we receive funds from our customers.
For this reason, any funds we receive prior to 1 January 2010 will benefit from the 15% VAT rate being charged. Any pro-forma invoices still outstanding after this time will be altered from the 15% VAT rate to the 17.5% VAT rate.
Those who pay us by credit card, debit card or Paypal can benefit from the lower 15% VAT rate by ensuring their payment reaches us by 23.59pm on 31 December and no later.
Those of you who pay us by BACS, CHAPS or Bank Transfer can benefit from the lower 15% VAT rate by ensuring their payment reaches us by close of banking on 31 December and no later.
Those of you who pay us by Direct Debit – we will be transacting from your account on 20 December this month, to ensure (during the festive period) transaction clearance times are by 31 December.
Normally, we have 2 Direct Debit transaction batches per month. This month however we are only running one. As we need to prepare and submit our transaction file on 10 December (for transactions to take place on 20 December), if you wish your Direct Debit transaction to take place this month (subject to 15% VAT) rather than around 10 January (subject to 17.5% VAT) if your invoice due date is closer to the latter, then please let us know prior to 10 December by raising a ticket to the Finance Department.
